In the midst of the many issues impacting our society, our workplace and our personal lives, the United Nations World Youth Skills Day is a great opportunity for us to gather thought-leaders together to share views on the future of talent.


This event is being organized in collaboration with the UNESCO, the Chambers network and PwC as the Knowledge Partner, where the PwC's Global Workforce Hopes and Fears Survey 2022, representing more than 52,000 workers in 44 countries and territories around the world will also be shared.

    Noel has extensive experience over 27 years of line & staff management, global sales & business development, consulting & advisory, coaching & developing senior managers around the world. He has been invited to speak at both global & regional conferences & have held various senior management & consultancy positions across the private, public & people sectors. Besides public audiences, he enjoys inspiring and working with senior global executives of Fortune 500 Companies.

    Currently, he is working with Senior LEADERS to empower them in their journey to be purpose-driven servant leaders who create sustainable and innovative DISCRETIONARY PERFORMANCE (DP). DP is a direct consequence of both ‘soft’ & ‘hard’ positive team processes that encourages and nurtures positive effective behaviors that results in sustained extraordinary business success & “want-to-do” performance (as opposed to the min “have-to-do” performance) throughout an organization.     Sarah Tam

    An integrated marketing communications professional, Ms. Tam has more than 20 years of diverse experience in the finance and media industry and has led international teams and large-scale projects in digital transformation, new market entry, and strategic marketing communications. Passionate about creating positive and sustainable impact, Ms. Tam has leveraged her marketing skills and new technologies to design innovative solutions for FinTech companies, multinational insurers, and banks.
    Ms. Tam has held a range of advisory positions for start-ups, social enterprises, and NGOs supporting their efforts in digital marketing, fund-raising, sustainability, public affairs, and leadership development.
    Ms. Tam has been active in public and community service. Currently, she co-chairs the 'Futures of Education' Hong Kong & GBA initiative and is a member of the Governing Committee for the UNESCO Hong Kong Association Glocal Peace Centre. She is also an Advisor and Deputy Supervisor of the Wofoo Social Enterprises’ Wofoo Leaders’ Network; and a founding member of the Rotary Action Group for Peace Hong Kong and Macao Chapter.
    Ms. Tam is a Fellow member and a Chartered Marketer of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom. She holds a Master's degree in Online Journalism and a Bachelor's degree in Translation & Comparative Literature.

  • Clare Muhiudeen

    Clare Muhiudeen

    As Head of Asia, Clare is responsible for driving business growth and leading WTW’s client and colleague experience across its business segments in Asia. Clare brings diverse experience to this role having spent 30 years in the business; serving clients and leading large, multi-disciplinary teams across large geographic regions.

    Most recently, she has been leading WTW International’s Human Capital & Benefits (HCB) segment. Her client base has included multinational companies in professional services, engineering, airlines, luxury brands, telecommunications and many more multi-disciplinary teams across various international markets including, Asia Pacific, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Latin America.

    Clare began her career researching employee engagement at the London School of Economics before joining one of our legacy companies, the Wyatt Company, to work in HR consulting. Her career has progressed through the organization and across the globe, managing client relationships and teams in the UK, Europe and the Middle East before moving to run WTW’s Human Capital business in Asia Pacific in 2009, where she has been based ever since.

    She is an active supporter of DEI within the company acting as executive sponsor to several senior female leaders in addition to sponsoring the WTW Asia I&D council.

  • David Lee

    David Lee

    David S. Lee is an award-winning teacher that is active broadly in the areas of ethics, fintech, leadership, law, and corporate governance. A recipient of multiple teaching excellence and teaching innovation awards, David is the first business academic to ever receive a UGC Teaching Award, the highest university teaching honor in Hong Kong.

    David feels teaching is a wonderful privilege and enjoys being in the classroom and engaging with students. He teaches in the undergraduate, executive education, MBA, and other taught postgraduate degree programs, including the IMBA with Fudan University, and the Executive MBA-Global Asia offered with Columbia Business School and London Business School.

    He develops case studies and teaching materials in the areas of corporate governance, decision-making, ethics, fintech, and leadership. He has received funding to explore how technology can be used to develop pedagogy and enhance learning. Combining his interests in ethics, finance, technology, and teaching, David is a co-instructor, along with his colleague, David Bishop, for a first of its kind massive open online course (MOOC) titled, FinTech Ethics and Risks, hosted by edX.

    David is a co-author of the first Asia focused business ethics textbook, Business Ethics: Ethical Decision Making and Cases, An Asia Edition (Cengage Learning Asia, 2019). His commentary and writing regularly appear in print and broadcast media and have been featured in the Harvard Business Review, Arirang TV, Handelsblatt, the Nikkei Asian Review, NK News (a North Korea focused specialist news provider), The Korea Times, TRT World, and the South China Morning Post.

    Prior to joining the University of Hong Kong, David worked in investment management. He started his career at Goldman Sachs and also has experience as a lawyer, in management consulting, and working with entrepreneurial ventures.

    David earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, his M.Sc. (with Merit) in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science, his M.A. in East Asian Studies from Harvard University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Philosophy from Cambridge, and his B.A., cum laude, in International Politics and Asian Studies from Brigham Young University. David is a lawyer, a CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) charterholder, and a Fellow of The Higher Education Academy (FHEA).

    David has lived in mainland China, South Korea, the United Kingdom, multiple places in the United States, and currently resides in Hong Kong with his family, who are by far his greatest source of inspiration.
