Durian Party on 31 May 2019

Dear members,

We note that Singapore Chamber is also organising a durian party on 31 May 2019 and in view of our good relationship between both chambers, therefore, we made the decision to do this event together.

For price arrangement, we will keep member price at HKD 580 per member and for member's guest at HKD 700.

The cost includes 2 drinks, Italian canapes and various type of durians (Musang, D13, D101). There will be light music accompanying in the background. Drinks options - soft drinks, bottle water, beers & wines.

Note that the venue will be changed to Marco Polo Cucina Terrace, Level 6, Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel, Harbour City, 3 Canton Road,Tsim Sha Tsui.

Time: 6. 30 pm – 9.30 pm

Registration: 6:30 pm

Party starts: 7:15 pm

Weather situations:

A. If Heavy rain, drinks and canapés, party adjourn to Cucina Restaurant bar lounge. Durians will be packed for each guest as durians will not be eaten at the restaurant.

B. Light rain: party will continues under Tents at Cucina Terrace (standing room & restricted tight seatings)

For members and guests already registered, we will contact you to confirm if you will be joining. If you decided not to join, we will arrange for a full amount refund accordingly.

For the guests that registered and confirm joining, we will arrange the refund of HKD 80 accordingly.

Gentle reminder that attendees to be aware of their own tolerance and potential allergy of mixing consumption of durian with alcohol during the event; hence discretion and care should be exercised.
