MAYCHAM is hosting a flavoursome Sake Pairing Dinner at Sagano, the signature Japanese restaurant at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel. Ingredients are carefully selected and meticulously prepared by Master Chef Masahiko Noka, a native of Kyoto with over 30 years of culinary experience and specialises in authentic Kaiseki, especially the stewed dishes, with an emphasis on using seasonal ingredients from Japan.

For those who have paid but wish to withdraw in less than 3 days prior to the event, refund is notavailable unless there are special circumstances.

And in compliance with the latest COVID-19 restrictions, please be advised that ALL guests are required to produce a negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) at the registration, taken on the day of the event itself before attending said event.

• All guests must have at least 3-doses of Covid-19 vaccination
• Guests are required to provide the vaccination QR code on arrival and with the BLUE colour code.
• All guests need to produce a negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT), taken on the day itself with proper labelling of name/date/time
