Refund Policy

Reservations are required prior to the event pending approval.
• Once approved, full payment is due 3 days prior to the event date
• If you're paying via bank transfer, please send us your proof of payment/payment receipts by email to info@mcchkm.com
• No cancellation & refund will be possible no later than one week before the start of the event
• In the special case of a refund, an administrative fee of HKD50 will be charged
• A booking is considered cancelled only with the confirmation email sent from MAYCHAM
• No show will be charged & payments are non-refundable unless the event was cancelled/postponed by the organiser
• In the event of adverse weather (T8 or above / Black Rain), all events will be cancelled/postponed.
