We are very delighted to be bringing you an exclusive culinary collaboration of not one, not two, but FOUR veteran chefs.


The magic number here is "8" for this first-ever "8 Hands Culinary Showcase: A Malaysian Spectacular Feast" presented through each elaborate creation from the result of years of experience. Diners will be treated to a mouth-watering menu as follow:


Golden Pai Tee

(Pai Tee Casing, jicama, shrimp, deep fried tofu, carrot, chili)


Meat Ball and Snow Crab Soup

(Tofu, Spring Onion)


Otak-Otak Cod Fish

(Cod Fish fillet, lemongrass, chili, lime leaf, candlenut, ginger, shallot, onion, turmeric powder, dried chili, coriander seed, galangal, palm sugar wrap in banana leaf)


South Africa Abalone

(Kam Heong curry sauce and Sambal sauce -non spicy)


Lobster Curry

(Lobster in creamy spice tomato coconut sauce)


Durian Soya Chicken Pot

(Wok-fried soya chicken in durian paste)


Durian Bird Nest

(Signature durian ice-cream with bird nest. D24 durian ciger)


Petit Four

(Kampung durian lolly pop, D24 mini durian tart, D101 durian pandan kaya chouz, D88 durian ketayap, D197 durian mochi)


This unique collaboration highlights rarely seen traditional Malaysian-style dishes with a modern twist from the 4 very talented executive chefs, namely Chef Tony Wong, Chef Andy Yew, Chef Peter Lim and Chef Danny Ho who were featured in our newsletter Berita(April 2022 edition).
