The event will be conducted in a HYBRID format, allowing both physical and virtual attendance. Members of MAYCHAM are entitled to attend the event physically or join the virtual session free of charge. Non-members can purchase physical tickets for HK$200 or virtual tickets for HK$100, enabling them to participate in this enlightening event.

    Vivian Lin

    Chief Operating Officer at Hong Kong Productivity Council

    Ms Vivian Lin joined HKPC in 2013 and has over 30 years of experience in her profession of financial management in large corporations. Ms Lin is responsible for overseeing HKPC’s secretariat service for Government funding schemes. She is tasked with leading, integrating, cross-fertilising and leveraging the funding schemes to upgrade and transform the industries as well as proactively pulsing enterprise and industry needs, developing and enhancing the schemes to serve industry-wide business.

    Before her present position, Ms Lin has been leading the finance and procurement arm of HKPC to provide effective services and solutions to business divisions and subsidiaries to the Council, achieving operational excellence in finance and procurement through process simplification and digitalisation. She is also experienced in liaising and collaborating with government authorities. Prior to joining HKPC, Ms Lin worked in Philips Healthcare for 15 years with commercial exposure in Asia Pacific region.

    Ms Lin graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and received a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Manchester, UMIST, UK. She is also a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).

    Ernest Chan is the current General Manager of the Technology Funding Division in Hong Kong Productivity Council. With the responsibilities to manage the technology related funding schemes for various government bodies, he is passionate about helping businesses in Hong Kong that ultimately makes a difference in improving people’s lives. Through a sincere belief that he can ‘Touch the Lives of People over Time’, he believes in meaningful and impactful ways of advancing a just cause. Ernest hails from Ipoh and landed in Hong Kong 28 years ago.

    With many years of experience in technology sectors in consumer, business, and healthcare categories, he loves people engagement and conversations over good food.
