We are excited to invite you to join us in our upcoming celebration in honour of Malaysia's Independence Day.
This year, with the restrictions lifted and life is resumed, once again, we hope to reinstate the sparkle and splendour of our signature event Merdeka Nite 2023 (formerly known as Merdeka Ball) of the pasts and it promises to be an unforgettable evening of entertainment, food, and festivity.
As a valued member of MAYCHAM, we would like to extend a special invitation to you to join us for this event. However, we must inform you that due to very limited seating, we may only offer a maximum of 4 tickets per member. This is to ensure that everyone has a chance to attend and enjoy the festivities.
Details of the event are as follows:
Date: 26 August 2023, Saturday
Time: 7PM to late (Registration starts at 6PM)
Venue: The Ballroom, Level 3, JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong
Cost : HK$2100/pax
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- A maximum of 4 tickets per member
- Seats are assigned by organisers and subject to availability
- No refunds upon any cancellation
- In the event of adverse weather conditions (T8 and above or Black Rain warning issued), event will be postponed to a later date and no refunds will be issued
- Full payments must be made within 1 week upon issuance of invoice
