Invitation - Merdeka Ball on 7 September 2019

Greetings from The Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (HK and Macau)!

We are delighted to announce that this year's Merdeka Ball will be jointly organized with The Malaysian Association Hong Kong (MAHK). It will be held at The Ballroom, J.W. Marriott Hotel, Admiralty, Hong Kong on 7 September 2019 (Saturday). The theme for this year's Ball is "Spirit of Malaysia".

There will be plenty of exciting programmes awaiting you. Also, we welcome generous donations and sponsorships from you. We attach the sponsorship letter and order form in the Documents section below for your perusal.

Tables and seats are limited. Please kindly register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!

Note that table allocation will be made on a first come first serve basis upon payment received on or before 8 July 2019. You will receive a confirmation email if the booking is successful.
